Refund Process

If you made payment made via bank transfer/I.B.F.T, please share your relevant bank details with our team at care@sentimentsexpress.com:

  2. Account #
  3. IBAN #
  4. Branch Code
  5. Bank
  6. CNIC number

We require 15 working days to process your refund from the date we receive your bank details.

For all other refunds via credit cards, please note that the refunds are transferred back in to your credit/debit card.
