COVID-19 Prevention Policy

A pioneer in gifting services, TCS Sentiments Express, continues to pave the way as a responsible and responsive leader in these uncertain times. In light of the evolving COVID-19 crises, we aim to ensure that suitable measures are in place to safeguard the health and safety of our team and customers alike.

With this in mind, TCS Sentiments Express has implemented the following steps nationwide:

  • All our warehouses, area offices and Express Centers have hand sanitizers; staff are instructed to wash their hands or sanitize regularly
  • All deliveries, including cakes, flowers and sweets are being handled with care and the utmost attention while reinforcing hygienic practices
  • All TCS Sentiments Express couriers and Express Centers staff wear surgical gloves and masks while handling loads and serving customers
  • Our Express Centers and warehouses are sanitized and disinfected daily
  • COVID-19 exclusive desks have been created to facilitate TCS Sentiments Express employees and customers
  • Our management is in regular contact with local Health Departments and leading hospitals to handle any emergencies or unforeseen developments
  • Comprehensive contingency planning is in place to ensure the smooth running of operations and deliveries
